Ten years later, the company’s dedication to teammate (employee) engagement and empowerment has helped transform DaVita into a FORTUNE 500® company with approximately $6.1 billion in annual revenues, a stock price that has increased more than 2,600 percent since shortly after he joined, and an 11% reduction in teammate turnover.
