Graham and Positive Leadership were involved in the development of our annual Learning for Business Conference from the outset, helping to ensure that it met its professional training and development objectives. The conference was based around case studies and role plays, which asked the speakers to be insightful and flexible in terms of how they presented and interacted with the delegates, and Graham was both. The WS Society's Learning for Business Conference is aimed at young professionals looking to develop their business awareness and personal skills, and he was excellent at understanding the issues facing them in the current climate. During his session he provided guidance on how to develop these new skills and got the delegates to think about how they could take control of their professional development and begin making a difference to their organisations.
