We think a leader ultimately has to lead with the heart,
lead by example and lead with passion. Many people can have the strategy. They can explain things. A lot of people have the analytical skills,
but fundamentally we think great leadership means that the people who you’re
leading ‘feel you’, and sometimes you don’t even need to say a lot of words.
And the way they feel you is they know that you care, that you believe in what
you say. You have the passion and you
live by it.
